Friday's Letters

Another favorite from our anniversary pictures!
Dear husband, you finally let me buy two pumpkins now that it is officially October. Aren't you glad that I'm not hard to please? I've never been more excited about a pumpkin since I have my very own porch to put it on this year. Dear Bath and Body Works, I'm in love with your Autumn scent wallflower. Even though, it doesn't feel like fall outside at least my house smells like it. Yummy. Dear nephew, I finished the design of your baby shower invitations this week. Can I just say that they turned out soooooo adorable?! I'm in love with them. Time to print and send them off! Your baby shower will be here before we know it. Dear Charter, I'm about to call and complain. I paid for Internet so why does it keep shutting itself off? It makes working and blogging really difficult. Get it together! Dear Bentley and Bella, Santa Claus needs to bring you two some new toys this year. Between the two of you, almost all of your toys are either destroyed or have holes all in them. At least, you guys don't reek havoc on my shoes. Dear readers, there are only three days left until the Audrey Floyd Photography giveaway is over! If you are in the Newnan/Peachtree City/Fayetteville/LaGrange/Atlanta area, ENTER! It's a free photo shoot! I'm thinking pictures for your holiday greeting cards...hint hint!

Until next week!

Free Fall Project Life Cards

I'm loving how everyone is buzzing about fall being in the air. In Georgia, fall is not literally in the air just yet seeing as it's still 85 degree outside right now. However, that doesn't mean we haven't started putting out pumpkins and decorating for Halloween!

To celebrate the season of apple cider and mums, I've created some free Project Life cards just for you! I announced these free cards last week when I posted a free printable. Missed the free printable? No problem. Click here!

Not familiar with Project Life? Read about my post on it here.

These are formatted as 4x3 cards designed to fit in the Project Life Pocket Pages. Print them on a piece of 8x11 cardstock. You are free to print as many as you wish. I only ask you use them for personal use. Also, if you use or share them on the web, please link back. Other than that, enjoy and happy scrapping!

OH YEAH! If you are in the Atlanta-ish area, do not forget to enter our giveaway from Audrey Floyd Photography!

Anniversary Pictures + Giveaway

We have our anniversary pictures back and I must say I'm so pleased with all of them. Audrey Floyd Photography did such an amazing job, it was difficult to pick just a handful for this post.

These pictures were all taken at the Coweta County Fairgrounds where we were married. I made a cake topper similar to the one from our wedding to go on our leftover cake. I also grabbed my bouquet and the picture of us running (literally) down the aisle. Other than that, we just cheesed it out!

Are you as in love with these pictures as I am? Not to mention, I finally have a decent family picture to put on the first page of my Project Life 2013 album. Ha!

Of course, maybe you could care less about the above pictures and just want me to get right to this awesome giveaway, I've been touting.

Audrey is so graciously offering one free mini-session (which is what we did). What do you get? One hour session with a DVD of 40-50 edited photos valued at $100 - our highest value giveaway to date!

The giveaway will end at midnight on Oct. 8th so get your entries in. You can also enter for a chance to win every day. So, what are you waiting for?! ENTER ENTER ENTER!

**Please note: This giveaway is only open to residents in the Atlanta and south Atlanta area.**

The Pinterest Challenge for Bloggers

Can you believe tomorrow is the first day of October?

For some reason, I always like to do a challenge during the month of October. Maybe it is because I feel like October is the longest month of the year. For example, last year I challenged myself to a month of organizing our little bitty apartment which led to an organized linen closet, kitchen sink and master bedroom closet. (I apologize in advance for the terrible pictures. What was I thinking?!)
What is the challenge this year? The Pinterest Challenge for Bloggers!

My goal is to reach 500 Pinterest followers by October 31st! I am at 253 at the time of this writing. That means I have to gain 247 followers in 30 days! I know, I know. October has 31 days. However, I like round numbers and who doesn't want an extra cheat day?!

The plan? Search and pin 10 items that appeal to me for 30 days straight. Also, I will pick three fellow pinners each day whose boards interest me to follow for 30 days straight.

Did you catch this post late? No problem. Just start today or tomorrow and go through the challenge for 30 days straight.

Of course, you do not have to be a blogger in order to the Pinterest Challenge! If you simply want to increase your Pinterest audience, you are more than welcome to join us.

That said, I challenge bloggers and non-bloggers alike to join me in this quest for Pinterest followers! A great way to start is linking up your Pinterest profile at the party below.

I'd also love to hear if you are doing the Pinterest Challenge with me and how it's going for you.

I'll even make you a deal! If you link up below and follow me, I'll follow you back and leave ya some love!

Do you have any tips or suggestions for increasing Pinterest Followers?

Friday's Letters

Bella after her haircut.

Dear fair, I can't wait to go tonight! It is hard to believe that eight years ago I was going to the fair for my first date with the man I ended up marrying. Woah! Dear blog, we reached a milestone this week. I published my first paid campaign article. (Did you miss it? Check it out here.) Can I just say that it felt really great to get paid to write something again?! Hopefully, this is just the first of bigger and better campaigns to come. Dear Pick Your Plum, I'm looking forward to formally introducing you to my readers next week. You are my newest obsession and I can't wait to get those chevron infinity scarves I ordered - along with the other two orders I've placed. Ha! I need to slow down. Dear Bentley and Bella, I apologize for the horrific haircuts I gave you last weekend. I have never claimed to be a dog groomer and it has been reaffirmed I never will be. At least, it'll grow back, right? Dear sister, I hope you had a wonderful 21st birthday. I enjoyed traveling down to your knick of the woods and eating Mexican. Not to mention, that flaming shot was pretty cool. Dear 10&U Rangers, you are 3-0 now. YES!!!

In the words of my precious twos at work: See ya later all-e-gator! In a while, croc-e-dile!
